🚨 We're Hiring | Female Coordinator – Self Help Group (SHG)

📍 Location: Hardoi District

Deployment Blocks: Bawan,Hariyawan, Harpalpur,Bilgram,Madhoganj,Mallawan

RSPL Limited is looking for passionate, energetic, and dedicated Female Coordinators – Self Help Group (SHG) to work closely with rural communities and empower women through Self Help Group initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Group Management

Survey villages to identify potential areas for SHG formation.

Build relationships with village leaders, Panchayat members, and community influencers.

Mobilize women and form Self Help Groups (10–20 members).

Conduct village-level meetings to encourage women to join SHGs.

Strengthen existing SHGs and ensure active participation of all members.

🔹 Training & Capacity Building

Train SHG members on product knowledge.

Conduct product sampling and awareness activities.

Drive product usage awareness campaigns.

Build leadership and mobilization capabilities among SHG members.

🔹 Market Development

Develop strong relationships across assigned villages and blocks.

Collect market feedback from consumers.

Gather competitor insights and share observations with the reporting manager.

🔹 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain attendance registers and meeting minutes.

Update MIS and maintain accurate records of SHG activities.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Reporting Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Female candidates only

🎓 Qualification: Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

💼 Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

💻 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

📱 Comfortable using smartphones for reporting and communication

🗺️ Knowledge of nearby villages and blocks will be an added advantage

🛵 Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

🚗 Willing to travel approximately 25 km per day within the assigned villages and blocks
