Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Executive to manage daily office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong computer knowledge, office management skills, and experience in stock/inventory management.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Maintain office records, files, and documents properly
  • Manage computer-based tasks such as MS Office (Word, Excel), email handling, billing, and data entry
  • Monitor and manage stock/inventory records accurately
  • Prepare stock reports and maintain purchase/sales records
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and staff for office requirements
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide office support
  • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and official documents
