Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily dispatches as per customer schedules and priorities.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure timely availability of finished goods.
- Verify quantity, quality, and product specifications before loading.
- Supervise loading of vehicles and ensure safe handling of material.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely dispatch.
- Track dispatches until delivery and update customers wherever required.
- Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle records, and proof of deliveries (PODs).
- Minimize dispatch errors, shortages, and damages.
- Handle urgent dispatches and resolve day-to-day dispatch-related issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounts, and Customers for smooth execution.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the dispatch area.
