Job Title: Sales executive

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-focused Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in planning and booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and travel insurance.

- Provide accurate information about travel destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.

- Recommend travel packages based on customers' preferences and budget.

- Handle travel reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.

- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.

- Ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for clients.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).

- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online booking systems.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
