Job Description
- Deep clean, sanitize, and service guest rooms daily, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean, disinfect, and polish bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and bathrobes.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, tea/coffee, and minibar items.
- Identify and report any damages, broken appliances, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests, such as delivering extra pillows or iron boards.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
