Field Sales Executive – Automatic Water Controller

Flasys Smart Solutions is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Automatic Water Controllers in Hathras, Aligarh and nearby areas.

Responsibilities:

• Visit electricians, plumbers, hardware shops, pump dealers and builders daily.

• Demonstrate and explain the benefits of Automatic Water Controller products.

• Generate new customer leads and convert them into sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with electricians, dealers and shop owners.

• Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information.

• Follow up with customers and close sales opportunities.

• Submit daily work reports through WhatsApp.

• Achieve monthly sales and visit targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Must have an Android smartphone.

• Own bike preferred.

• Comfortable with field work and local travel.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month.

• Candidates from Hathras, Aligarh, Sasni, Sadabad, Sikandra Rao and nearby areas.

• Candidates having contacts with electricians, plumbers, hardware shops or pump dealers will be preferred.
