About the Role

Sharma Spares Syndicate is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between our inventory and our customers. You won't just be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be the gears that keep our supply chain moving smoothly, ensuring every spare part is accounted for and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities


1. Stock & Inventory Management

Tracking: Maintain an accurate digital and physical log of all spare parts.

Auditing: Conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or discrepancies.

Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity against purchase orders.


2. Delivery Coordination

Order Processing: Prepare packing slips and ensure the correct items are picked for dispatch.

Customer Liaison: Communicate with clients regarding order status and estimated arrival times.

Documentation: Handle all billing, invoicing, and delivery challans.

3. Transport & Logistics Management

Route Planning: Coordinate with drivers or third-party couriers to optimize delivery routes.

Fleet Oversight: Monitor vehicle logs and ensure transport schedules are met.

Problem Solving: Address any transit delays or shipping errors immediately to maintain service standards.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in office administration, warehouse assistance, or logistics is a plus.


Skills: * 

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.

Strong organizational skills—you’re the person who knows exactly where everything is.

Clear communication skills (written and verbal).

Attributes: A "get-it-done" attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
