Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Factory Manager who can take complete responsibility for all factory operations – including production, labour, material flow, dispatch, and daily issue handling. The role requires someone who can run the factory independently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end factory operations (inward to dispatch)
Handle production, labour, and daily activities
Ensure smooth material flow and no production stoppage
Resolve day-to-day issues (labour, machine, dispatch, delays)
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts teams
Maintain basic production, stock, and dispatch reports

Requirements
3+ years experience in factory / plastic industry
Strong in labour handling and operations management
Basic knowledge of PP, HDPE preferred
Ability to take ownership and work independently
