Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team. The HR Generalist/Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handling Recruitment, posting job advertisement, and negotiating job offers.

2. Providing training to new recruits and making them familiar with the work culture

3. Set up clear reporting lines and structures to improve communication and accountability

4. Gather feedback from time to time to improve strategies and processes

5. Develop team building activities

6. Keeping proper track of work progress and improvement overtime.

7. Managing employee conflict and building healthy employee relations

8. Keeping smooth communication between client and various section of organization

9. Keeping track of employee documentation, including personal information related to pay schemes, benefits enrolment etc.

10. Managing some financial documentation work assigned by the company.

Requirements:

1. MBA/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

2. Minimum 3 and Maximum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

6. Proficient in HR software and systems, such as [HRIS, payroll, etc.

7. Professional certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or GPHR.
