Job Summary:Hong Sau Resort is looking for an energetic, creative, and engaging Team Building Activities Coordinator to organize and conduct fun, interactive, and professional team-building activities for corporate groups, families, schools, and resort guests. The candidate will be responsible for planning games, group engagement sessions, outdoor activities, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and conduct team-building games and engagement activities
• Manage corporate group activities, outbound sessions, and guest entertainment
• Coordinate indoor and outdoor recreational activities
• Create fun, safe, and interactive experiences for guests
• Handle microphone announcements and group coordination
• Work closely with resort operations and event teams
• Ensure proper setup and management of activity equipment
• Maintain energy, discipline, and guest participation during activities
• Customize activities based on group size and requirements
• Ensure safety standards during all activities and events
• Requirements:Strong communication and public interaction skills
• Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality
• Experience in event management, activities coordination, resorts, camps, or corporate engagement preferred
• Ability to handle large groups and create engaging experiences
• Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays based on bookings
