Electrical Supervisor

Role: Supervisor - Electrician

Department: Facilities/ Property Management

Reporting to – Property Manager

Education – ITI (Electrical) or Diploma (Electrical) is a must

Experience – 5 to 15 years

Job Location - Sadahalli North Bangalore (Close to Airport)

Roles & Responsibilities of the job include:

·      Responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of mechanical, electrical systems in the community.

·      Installing new electrical systems, wiring, conduits, outlets, and fixtures, often from blueprints and schematics.

·      Inspecting, troubleshooting, and fixing electrical problems, replacing faulty parts, and performing preventative maintenance

·      Adhering to all electrical codes (local, state, national) and ensuring systems are safe, often involving safety checks and hazard identification

·      Using various testing devices (multimeters, infrared cameras) to diagnose issues and check system functionality

·      Keeping accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance performed
