Job Summary:Hong Sau Resort is looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Executive/Technician to handle the overall maintenance and smooth functioning of resort facilities and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining swimming pool systems, filtration systems, AC units, plumbing, electrical work, pumps, generators, and general resort upkeep to ensure excellent guest experience and operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and monitor swimming pool cleaning and filtration systems
• Handle basic repair and maintenance of AC units and electrical systems
• Monitor pumps, motors, water systems, and generators
• Perform routine preventive maintenance across the resort
• Attend breakdowns and resolve maintenance issues quickly
• Coordinate with external technicians/vendors when required
• Ensure proper functioning of lighting, plumbing, and guest room utilities
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing
• Conduct regular inspections of resort property and facilities
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness of technical areas
• Requirements:Experience in hotel/resort/property maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and filtration systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and mechanical work
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
• Responsible, hardworking, and proactive attitude
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical preferred but not mandatory
• Preferred Skills:Multi-skilled maintenance experience
• Quick problem-solving ability
• Preventive maintenance planning
• Team coordination and vendor handling
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
