Position: Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Business Owner / Sales Head

About UsWe are a fast-growing trading company based in Bengaluru, specializing in premium construction chemicals. We are authorized channel partners for leading brands including Pidilite and Bostik. Our mission is to provide high-quality solutions to contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and dealers across Bengaluru.


We are looking for energetic, relationship-driven sales professionals who enjoy field sales and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities· Develop new business for Pidilite and Bostik construction chemical products.

· Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and dealers on a daily basis.

· Identify new business opportunities and convert enquiries into orders.

· Conduct product presentations and coordinate technical demonstrations when required.

· Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

· Build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and channel partners.

· Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely deliveries.

· Maintain accurate daily visit reports and sales pipeline.

· Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

Experience· 3–8 years of B2B field sales experience

· Construction chemicals or building materials preferred

· Bengaluru market experience is highly desirable

Qualification· Graduate (any discipline)

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage

Skills Required· Excellent communication skills

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability

· Self-motivated and target-oriented

· Good presentation skills

· Ability to work independently

· Comfortable with extensive field travel

Mandatory Requirements· Two-wheeler with valid driving licence

· Willing to travel across Bengaluru

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Whats App, and CRM/mobile reporting

Candidate Profile We Are Looking For· Have an existing network of contractors, builders, architects, and dealers in Bengaluru.

· Have successfully sold construction chemicals or related building products.

· Can independently generate new business.

· Are disciplined in both sales and collections.

· Are willing to grow with a fast-expanding organization.

· Have worked in field sales in Bengaluru.

· Are willing to travel extensively.

· Have stable employment history (preferably minimum 2 years with recent employer).
