Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabrication Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling welding, fitting, and general fabrication tasks independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform CO₂ (MIG) Welding and Arc Welding as per project requirements
- Carry out metal fabrication and fitting work
- Use hand grinding tools for finishing and surface preparation
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings (preferred)
- Ensure proper alignment, measurement, and assembly of components
- Maintain workplace safety and follow standard operating procedures
- Assist in installation and on-site fabrication when required
- 🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication/welding work
- Proficiency in:
- Arc Welding
- CO₂ (MIG) Welding
- Grinding and finishing
- Fitting and fabrication work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of tools and safety practices
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site if needed
- 🔹 Preferred Skills (Bonus)Experience reading technical drawings
- Knowledge of different metal types and fabrication techniques
