Legal Officer
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal and commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and internal policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in local and international legislation to ensure organizational operations, employment practices, and data privacy policies abide by the law.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing ongoing lawsuits, coordinate with external legal counsel, and handle arbitrations.
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research into case law and statutes to provide clear, actionable legal opinions to executive management.
- Corporate Governance: Prepare necessary company secretarial documents and maintain statutory records in compliance with applicable corporate laws
