Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials and finished products
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with production and operations teams to improve process efficiency
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and compliance records
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
