Job Description
Mahaan Altisium is a 7-year-old real estate and plotted development company. We are currently focused on the residential apartment segment and offer budget-friendly homes with premium amenities.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to handle customer interactions and support coordination between the sales team and management. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and possess good communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Have a good understanding of all sales activities and project details
- Interact with customers regarding payments, registrations, and general queries
- Coordinate effectively between the sales team and the Director
- Maintain proper follow-up and ensure smooth communication with clients
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak Kannada
- Fluent English is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Good presentation skills are required
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude preferred
Work Details:
- Working days: 6 days a week
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Home-cooked lunch will be provided
