Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily/weekly shift rosters to ensure all operational areas are adequately

staffed.

• Track worker productivity, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide real-time

feedback.

• Supervise the induction of new hires and ensure all staff are trained on technical tasks and safety

protocols.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, disputes, or disciplinary issues.

• Ensure all personnel follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and use required

PPE.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and leave for payroll processing.

• Adjust staffing levels dynamically based on project deadlines or sudden workload increases.

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate with 1–2 years of experience managing rosters and adjusting staffing to meet project

deadlines.

• Proven ability to track worker productivity, deliver technical training, and lead new hire inductions.

• Expert in enforcing safety protocols (HSE/PPE) while maintaining precise payroll and attendance

records.

• Experienced first point of contact for managing employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary

actions.
