Your Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilites:
• Planning and execute the DVP & PVP rig testing acc. To the testing procedure and preparing the test reports for CRS & Clutch. 
• Planning and executing the re-qualification rig testing. 
• Executing the detailed strip down study for tested parts with report for CRS & Clutch components. 
• Manage the tests requests and adhering to the target dates. 
• Continuous monitoring of the test rig utilization and fulfill the target. 
• Preparation of system level set up to simulate the field failures/perform the special test. 
• Detailed return part analysis to find out the route cause with detailed report. 
• Interaction with CFT to achieve the customer requirement (Project management, Design, production). 
• Perform and evaluate the noise test for CRS & Clutch components. 
• Performing SAP related activities (Scrap removal after appropriate approval, tooling, spare, reservation & PR). 
• Co-ordination with logistics team to import / export the test parts. 
• Adhering to the ISO audit requirement (IATF 16949:2016) 
• Proper planning and executing the preventive maintenance for all test rigs. 
• Maintain 5S (Test lab). 

Your Qualifications

Technical knowledge: 

• Basic of Automobile parts and their functions. 
• Appropriate knowledge in the Clutch System & Hydraulic subjects 
• Knowledge in the manufacturing process. 
• Knowledge about fixture and jig set up process. 
• Appropriate communication & Presentation skills.

Education Diploma / BE Mechanical engineer. with 2 to 5 yrs experience
