Onboarding Officer - Video KYC-Digital Banking Kotak 811-CEC-VKYC
As an Onboarding Officer for Video KYC (VKYC) under Kotak 811 Digital Banking, you will be responsible for completing full KYC verification for customers via secure video calls. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-friendly onboarding experience. You will verify customer details, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain high service standards throughout the VKYC process. In addition to KYC verification, you will also engage in cross-selling banking products, providing accurate product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
