Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Performance Breakdown
1. Design & Quote Management (80% of Time)
Duties: Complete comprehensive designs and accurate quotes for customer inquiries received online, via showroom consultations, or through Retail Channel Partners.
Core Competencies:
- Solid understanding of spatial design and interior architecture.
- Accurate costing and estimation capabilities.
- A collaborative approach to working with customers and partners.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and focus.
2. Retail Partner Collaboration & Support (10% of Time)
Duties: Support Retail Channel Partners by providing the best available product options and troubleshooting design challenges to deliver a complete customer solution.

- Practical problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- A strong drive to achieve positive, professional results.
- High adaptability and a thorough understanding of product technical information.
3. Customer & Retailer Service (10% of Time)
Duties: Respond promptly and professionally to sales, service, and support inquiries from both customers and retailers via phone and email.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of personal responsibility and accountability for outcomes.
