Job Summary: We are hiring a Customer Support Trainee for a leading manufacturing company. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, along with basic computer and Excel knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via calls and emails Provide accurate information regarding products/services Maintain customer records in the system Coordinate with internal departments when required Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Age: Up to 30 years
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (No supply papers) Graduates Preferred Language Requirement: o English (Mandatory) o Hindi (Mandatory) o Bengali (Mandatory) Technical Skills: o Basic Computer Knowledge o Basic MS Excel Knowledge Salary: Non-Graduate: ₹12,000 Net Take Home Graduate: ₹12,300 Net Take Home Working Details: Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Shift Type: General Shift Week Off: Rotational (1 week off per cycle)
