Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Operator, your main responsibility is to maintain accurate records and update organizational data. Typical duties include:

  • Entering donor, student, beneficiary, and project-related data into computer systems.
  • Updating and maintaining Excel sheets, databases, and MIS records.
  • Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors when required.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining documentation files.
  • Scanning, organizing, and storing documents digitally.
  • Coordinating with different departments to collect missing information.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of organizational data.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
