Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment ( Migrant Unskilled Manpower )
Conduct field recruitment drives (campuses, job fairs, local communities, etc.)
Source candidates through offline channels such as walk-ins, references, and local networks
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Build relationships with local institutions, training centers, and consultants
Ensure smooth on-boarding and documentation of selected candidates
Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
Maintain recruitment data and reports
