Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive who can warmly welcome and greet guests, interact with them, and ensure a pleasant experience. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the service team, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring smooth operations. Good communication skills, customer-handling abilities are essential. The role requires standing for extended periods during a 10-hour shift, with short breaks permitted as needed.Sunday will be a working day. Weekly off can be taken on any other day as per the work schedule.Candidates from Howrah will be preferred mostly.
