Job Description
Manage day-to-day warehouse workforce activities.
✅ Maintain and update manual attendance records accurately.
✅ Handle employee documentation and HR records.
✅ Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (attendance, reports, and data management).
✅ Coordinate and manage warehouse employees effectively.
✅ Resolve workers' queries and issues promptly.
✅ Support onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations.
✅ Prepare daily and weekly HR reports.
Requirements:✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
✔ Strong organizational and team management skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
✔ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
