Are you an experienced HR leader with a strong background in 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗥?

✅ Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

✅ HR Policies & Process Development

✅ Performance Management & Organization Development

✅ Employee Engagement & Retention

✅ Contract Labour Management

✅ HR Analytics & MIS Reporting

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:

✔ MBA/PG in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare

✔ 6–10 years of progressive HR experience

✔ Minimum 3 years in a senior HR leadership role

✔ Mandatory experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Factory environment

✔ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Payroll & Statutory Compliance

✔ Experience managing a workforce of 300–1,000 employees preferred

✔ Fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali will be an advantage
