About the Role: Reliance Electrical and Metals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day floor operations and support documentation related to dispatch and billing. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can balance shop-floor coordination with basic office/paperwork responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Factory Floor Supervision: Oversee daily factory operations, supervise workers, and ensure smooth functioning of production activities.

• Invoice Generation: Prepare and generate sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner for dispatched goods.
• Challan Preparation: Prepare delivery challans for material movement, ensuring all details (quantity, item description, vehicle/transport details) are correctly recorded.
• Miscellaneous Factory Duties: Handle other factory-related tasks as assigned, including coordination with workers, vendors, and transport staff, and general administrative support on the floor.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word; Tally or billing software knowledge preferred)
• Prior experience in a factory, manufacturing, or warehouse setting preferred
• Good communication skills to coordinate with workers and management
• Attention to detail, especially for invoice and challan accuracy
• Ability to multitask and handle floor-level responsibilities independently
