Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser for our kids garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for handling buyer communication, order execution, production coordination, sampling, and timely delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with buyers regarding orders, samples, approvals, and shipment schedules

* Handle complete merchandising process from order confirmation to final delivery

* Follow up with production, sourcing, printing, embroidery, washing, and finishing departments

* Prepare costing sheets and maintain order-related documentation

* Coordinate with fabric and accessories suppliers for timely procurement

* Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery

* Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and factory standards

* Manage sample development and approvals

* Resolve production and buyer-related issues efficiently

* Maintain daily order status reports and updates

Requirements

* Experience in garment merchandising, preferably in kidswear

* Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, and garment production

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously

* Basic knowledge of Excel

* Fluency in English and Hindi preferred
