Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

* Visit Kirana stores and retail outlets regularly in the assigned territory.

* Generate orders and ensure product placement in retail counters.

* Develop strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

* Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

* Expand market coverage and add new retail counters.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

* Ensure proper visibility and availability of company products.

* Submit daily market visit and sales reports.


Desired Skills:

 

* Good communication and convincing ability

* Strong knowledge of local FMCG/Kirana market

* Ability to work independently in field sales
