Job Description

Job Summary

The Team Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily team operations, ensuring smooth communication, and helping the team achieve performance targets. This role acts as a bridge between management and team members, maintaining workflow efficiency and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities and schedules of the team

Maintain attendance, reports, and performance records

Assist in planning and executing team targets and goals

Communicate updates, instructions, and feedback from management to team members

Support recruitment activities (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)

Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to seniors

Handle documentation and maintain proper records

Resolve basic team issues and escalate when necessary

Ensure team members follow company policies and guidelines

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time management ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, etc.)

Leadership and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

Qualifications

Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
