2  Job Description

- Candidates should be able to communicate comfortably in English and Hindi.

- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Handle seller queries via email and live chat, ensuring timely resolutions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.

- Meet performance metrics for response time and quality.

Training & Compensation

- 15 days paid CRT training with ₹100 per day stipend.

- 10‑day nesting period.

- Salary for freshers: ₹15,000.

- Salary for experienced: ₹17,000.
