Job Description

Manage day-to-day spa operations.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the spa team.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and daily reporting.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.

Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Coordinate with the Head Office and submit daily MIS reports.

Monitor inventory and ensure timely stock availability.

Support marketing activities and local promotional campaigns.
