Job Description

Nexenstial LLP is hiring a Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand promotion activities. The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in sales and marketing, and the ability to build relationships with clients and manage business growth opportunities effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and client requirements.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain sales pipelines..
  • Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.
  • Manage social media promotions, email campaigns, and lead generation activities.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Strong coordination and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
