We are expanding our engineering division to execute layout infrastructure projects and residential construction with high standards of quality, planning, and timely delivery.

Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Engineer to independently manage residential layout development and house construction projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, government departments, and internal teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLayout DevelopmentSupervise complete layout development from commencement to completion.
• Execute road works, drainage systems, water supply pipelines, electrical ducting, compound walls, parks, CA sites, and other infrastructure.
• Coordinate with surveyors for layout marking and setting out.
• Verify levels, road gradients, drainage slopes, and site measurements.
• Ensure execution as per approved layout drawings and applicable regulations.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Conduct quality inspections at every stage.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Certify contractor measurements before billing.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and utility contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Residential ConstructionSupervise independent house construction from foundation to handover.
• Verify excavation, footing, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
• Ensure construction follows approved structural drawings.
• Coordinate with architects and structural consultants.
• Monitor labour productivity and workmanship.
• Ensure proper curing and quality control.
• Conduct final snag inspections before customer handover.
• Quality ControlInspect incoming construction materials.
• Verify concrete quality and workmanship.
• Ensure proper reinforcement placement before concreting.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and finishing quality.
• Maintain QA/QC records and testing reports.
• Prevent rework through proactive inspections.
• Cost & BillingPrepare quantity estimates and BOQs.
• Verify contractor bills and measurements.
• Monitor project budgets and material costs.
• Prepare cost comparison statements.
• Assist management in project budgeting and cost optimization.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
