Job Description

Position :- Digital Marketing ( Real Estate Experience )

Location: Hubli

Experience: 3 to 4 Years in Real Estate


Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
  • Develop lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy optimization.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Work with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Ensure continuous optimization of campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹ 25,000k to 30,000k per month
