Job Description
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, references, cold calling, and market research.
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and corporate clients to promote company products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers.
- Identify customer requirements and present suitable modular furniture solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and arrange client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regular follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Expand company presence by creating new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–5 years of field sales experience (modular furniture, interiors, building materials, real estate, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Self-motivated, aggressive in sales, and target-oriented mindset.
- Two-wheeler / driving license preferred.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience handling architects, interior designers, builders, and dealer networks.
- Good understanding of modular furniture/interior products is an advantage.
- Strong networking and lead-generation capability.
