About BHIMSI Foundation BHIMSI Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to social development through innovation, digital inclusion, education, healthcare, community empowerment, and public welfare. Our Digital Door Number Plate Project aims to provide every household with a GPS-enabled digital address, QR code-based identification, and improved access to emergency and government services.

Job Summary We are seeking passionate and result-oriented Fundraisers to mobilize financial resources and build partnerships for the successful implementation of the Digital Door Number Plate Project across India. The Fundraiser will identify potential donors, CSR partners, philanthropic organizations, foundations, government-supported funding opportunities, and individual contributors while maintaining complete transparency and compliance with applicable laws and Foundation policies.

• Key Responsibilities Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support project expansion.
• Identify and approach CSR partners, companies, trusts, foundations, and philanthropists.
• Build long-term relationships with donors and supporters.
• Prepare fundraising proposals, presentations, sponsorship packages, and concept notes.
• Organize fundraising campaigns, donor meetings, awareness events, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate with State, District, Block, and Village Coordinators for local fundraising activities.
• Maintain accurate donor records and submit regular fundraising reports.
• Ensure all fundraising activities comply with applicable legal and organizational requirements.
• Represent BHIMSI Foundation at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve fundraising targets and project objectives.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Proposal writing and documentation skills.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of CSR and NGO fundraising is preferred.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, PowerPoint, CRM).
• Ability to travel as required.
• Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in NGO fundraising, CSR, business development, sales, marketing, or public relations is preferred.
• Existing corporate, donor, or CSR network is an added advantage.
• Passion for social impact and community development.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Employment Type Full-Time / Part-Time / Consultant (as per project requirement)
