Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive for our IT Store. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into sales. The role includes promoting IT products such as laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, software, and networking products, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with the sales and inventory teams, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of IT products, and proficiency in MS Office and billing/CRM software.
