Job SummaryAD Vertex Infra Projects Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality execution, and manage day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor labor, subcontractors, machinery, and material requirements.
- Conduct site measurements, quantity verification, and prepare BOQs.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and monitor progress.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Verify contractor and vendor bills based on executed quantities.
- Manage material reconciliation and reduce wastage.
- Attend project meetings and submit regular progress updates.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, and site execution.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in billing and quantity estimation.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and teams.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and safety procedures.
- Strong planning and time-management abilities.
Salary₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
