We're Hiring!Shree Nandi Properties is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tele Sales, counselling & Tele Marketing drive bookings, and achieve monthly business targets.

Location: Hubli

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers not allowed)

Job Role:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain real estate projects and offers
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Schedule site visits for the sales team

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English + local language)
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales/real estate experience is a plus

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives

ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು:

ಸಂಭಾವ್ಯ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಔಟ್‌ಬೌಂಡ್ ಕಾಲ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು

ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್‌ಗಳು, ಆಫರ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಭಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವುದು

ಲೀಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರೇಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಫಾಲೋ-ಅಪ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು

ಸೇಲ್ಸ್ ಟೀಮ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಸೈಟ್ ವಿಸಿಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಶೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು

ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ವಿವರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲ್ ಅಪ್‌ಡೇಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು

ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳು:

ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಂವಹನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ

ದೈನಂದಿನ ಕಾಲಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫಾಲೋ-ಅಪ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇರಬೇಕು

ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಇರಬೇಕು

ಸೇಲ್ಸ್ ಅಥವಾ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಅನುಭವ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಆದ್ಯತೆ

ಸಂಬಳ: ಫಿಕ್ಸ್ಡ್ ಸಂಬಳ + ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ಇನ್ಸೆಂಟಿವ್ಸ್

ಆಸಕ್ತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬಹುದು.
