Job Description
Maintain accurate stock records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits.
Supervise receipt of incoming goods.
Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders.
Ensure proper documentation and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation.
Arrange products systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the warehous
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers or branches.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams.
Monitor employee productivity and attendance.
Train staff on safety procedures and warehouse operations.
Maintain inward and outward registers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
