Field Sales Executive
Location: West Bengal (Field-based / Local travel required)

## Job SummaryThe Field Sales Executive will drive the sales of steel products by engaging directly with Individual House Builders (IHB) and fostering robust relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and masons. You will be responsible for expanding Elegant Steel’s market presence within assigned geographical territories across West Bengal.
- ## Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Outreach: Visit retailers, dealers, and active construction sites to promote and pitch Elegant Steel products.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads within your assigned area.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships while onboarding new stakeholders.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and share competitive information regarding pricing, products, and market shifts.
- Reporting: Provide detailed regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and emerging market trends.
- Promotions: Actively participate in trade meets, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities.

- Customer-Focused: Prioritizing the needs of the builder to ensure brand loyalty.
