HDFC Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Consultants. As an IRDAI certified Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their future.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to understand their goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.

2. Recommend suitable insurance products, investment plans, and wealth management strategies to meet clients' needs.

3. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.

4. Stay updated on market trends, insurance regulations, and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.

5. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and cold calling.

6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

1. IRDAI certification/license is mandatory.

2. Previous experience in sales, finance, or customer service is preferred but not required.

3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

6. Flexibility to work full-time or part-time based on personal schedule.
