Mahhika Pure Incense is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to expand our distribution network. The candidate will be responsible for developing Super Stockists, Distributors, and Sub-Distributors across assigned areas.

Job Location: Anywhere in West Bengal / কাজের স্থান: পশ্চিমবঙ্গের যেকোনো জায়গায়

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint Super Stockists, Distributors, and Sub-Distributors
• Build strong business relationships with partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Manage and support existing distributors
• Ensure timely payment collection and order processing
• Provide daily and monthly sales reports

দায়িত্বসমূহ:

• Super Stockist, Distributor এবং Sub-Distributor নিয়োগ করা
• ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক তৈরি ও বজায় রাখা
• মাসিক সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করা
• নতুন বাজার ও ব্যবসার সুযোগ খুঁজে বের করা
• বিদ্যমান ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরদের ম্যানেজ করা
• সময়মতো পেমেন্ট সংগ্রহ এবং অর্ডার ম্যানেজ করা
• দৈনিক ও মাসিক রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Agarbatti / Sales field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of local market

• FMCG / আগরবাতি / সেলস ক্ষেত্রে ১–৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা
