Job Description

  1. Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  2. Keeping Kitchen and Dining Floor clean and dry all the time
  3. Collecting used kitchenware and plates from the dining and kitchen areas
  4. Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
  5. Cleaning of cooking utensils, container and crockeries and Wipe dry them properly
  6. Store clean dishes, glasses and cutlery appropriately in Service Counter
  7. Store clean cooking utensils and ladle, Knife, bowls in proper places
  8. Storing of cleaning material properly
  9. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
  10. Remove garbage regularly
  11. Sanitize the kitchen, Washroom and Dine-in area, including the floor and Keeping Hygiene with high priority
  12. Clean of any spillage of any waste(solid or liquid) promptly
  13. Cleaning of Tables, Chairs, Counters, Window, Glass etc.
  14. Loading - unloading material in kitchen
  15. Food Delivery in near area
