Job Summary : SAJ Info World is looking for a dynamic and communication-skilled CRM / Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling customer relationships, lead follow-ups, sales coordination, and client communication. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to manage customer databases efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Follow up with existing and new leads regularly.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team.
• Schedule appointments and client meetings.
• Generate business opportunities through tele-calling and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and basic sales reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide support.
• Track lead status and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer requirements.
• Required Skills Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good organisational and reporting skills.
• Positive attitude and professional behaviour.
• Preferred Qualifications : 12th pass / graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in IT, CCTV, Electronics, or Service Industry will be preferred.
