Please ensure the presence of a good number of properly screened candidates at 10:00 a.m. The interview will start at 11:00 a.m sharp and no candidate will be entertained after 12:00 pm.

* The candidate must carry a hard (photo) copy of Aadhar card, Minimum Qualification (12th) Marksheet & Resume at the time of interview.

Imp Checklist:

Your representative must take the screening round of the candidates keeping in mind the minimum requirement before sending for his first-round interview to the HR.

1. The candidate must know how to read Bengali, English & Hindi.

2. The candidate must be aware of his salary package.

3. The candidate must possess minimum qualifications as per the requirement for the particular post as mentioned below.

4. The candidates must wear a formal dress with shoes.

5. The candidate must be known about his notice period for 7 days ie. if the candidate leaves (resigns/absconds) without 7 days prior information to his reporting manager & HR, an amount equal to his 7-day salary will be deducted from his monthly salary.

6. The candidates must have an Aadhar card and Qualification documents.

7. The candidates must be ready to work in rotational shifts and to be transferred to the nearby stores in future as per company requirement.

8. Candidates from the same background will be given preference/priority.
