Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Tele Sales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calling activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a proven track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role requires building relationships with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Explain products and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Mentor and guide junior tele sales executives when required.
- Identify market trends and customer requirements to improve sales performance.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly sales revenue achieved.
- Lead-to-customer conversion ratio.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
- Daily call volume and follow-up effectiveness.
- Achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in IT Services, Software Solutions, SaaS, ERP, HRMS, Payroll, CRM, Financial Services, Insurance, or Mutual Fund industries.
- Experience handling corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM platforms.
