Job Description
- Company: A reputated real estate company
- Location: Uttarpara, West Bengal (Project Site)
- Position: Full-time Site Engineer (On-site accommodation preferred)
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Job Summary: Seeking a meticulous and committed Site Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in residential or commercial construction. Responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring technical precision, and upholding quality standards from layout to finishing. Preference for candidates willing to reside at the site due to project timelines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Surveying & Layout: Operate Auto Level instruments for height transfers, level marking, and structural accuracy. Execute brickwork layouts per approved architectural plans. Accurately interpret and implement structural and architectural drawings on-site.
- Execution & Quality Control: Oversee concrete casting processes, ensuring correct mixing, pouring, and curing. Perform plaster inspections for alignment, thickness, and finish. Track daily progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Quantity Surveying & Material Management: Calculate concrete quantities to minimize wastage and ensure timely procurement. Measure and verify materials such as sand, bricks, aggregates, tiles, marble, and other finishing materials.
- Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of verified field experience as a Site Engineer.
